I have always been a great fan of Dior perfumes especially Poison. The perfume still smells great and I loved the gift samples I got with it especially the travel size Jadore perfume, which smells wonderful too. So, guess what will I be ordering next!!! I loved the way Dior carefully packaged the product. I was so impressed. The Box had a beautiful ribbon around it. The product inside is amazing. The samples were kept separately in another pouch inside the box. Everything made me feel special. Thank yoU!

The online chat doesn’t work. Had to call about a return. Site said free returns but was told I have to pay. Rep also gave me incorrect color match information in comparison to another Dior product. Also, emailed customer service days ago and haven’t heard back. Awful! Will NOT be buying from site again.

I have always enjoyed my Dior makeup, but found a wonderful added bonus when I order it directly from Dior. It not only comes quickly but packaged like a gorgeous birthday present. What fun to open the box and enjoy the way they make you feel special, not only with the lovely feminine wrapping but with added bonuses of perfume samples and, in this case, a beautiful little pink bag to carry my makeup in. Why buy it in a store when you can get it delivered to your door on such a special way?
