I used to love Dior! But you discontinued my favorite Capture Totale creams, and I don’t know what I should do now

The gift wrap was by far my favorite part! The shipping was quick and placing the order was so easy! I usually buy Dior foundation from Sephora but I am going to start ordering it start from Dior because of how fast it was delivered and again..... the gift wrap.

Basic customer service was not delivered. When I called, never asked for my name or order number. The rep sounded like I was no bothering her with a concern I had. She gave me no resolution and basically hung up on me. I’ve reached via website to no avail. And displayed my extreme disappoint on Instagram, also to no response. Is this even Dior I shopped at? This has got to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered with any brand I’ve purchased. I am actually stunned this happened to me.

the reason I gave five stars Is the packaging is just exquisite. even though I only bought one item and the Perfume samples are awesome.
