Trying to place an order took 5 hours and many calls to your main office. The office never resolved the problem. I had to keep calling back. I finally was able to get the online site to work for me all on my own. The manager, Yvette told me they would do complimentary overnight shipping because the marketing department did not launch the Valentine wrapping soon enough for shipping. She gave me a code and when I was on the site it did not work. I finally just paid for shipping. This process to a week. I tired to buy something for myself a week later and it did the same thing, not wanting to work. Your website has big problem. Chanel's site works fine. You really need to work on it because people has other options and do not have time to waist 5 hours. It should be a less than 10 minute process.

Even for just one lipstick, I received 2 complimentary samples all exquisitely boxed as though it were a $1000 purchase! When you buy from the very best, you absolutely get what you pay for. Thank you, Dior💝
