I love your products and the wrapping gift box. However the website is terrible and gave error message all the time during checkout. you need to hire some better programmers to improve your website.

I'm not sure if it was a temporary glitch, but my transaction from paypal to dior showed "paid" and "error" simultaneously. I was never redirected to the dior site after submitting payment from paypal. Purchase confirmation email was also delayed by a few hours so I was left wondering whether my purchase went through to dior while PayPal showed that money was taken out for that purchase. Unsure, I made a duplicate order the next day but had the same problem.
