Items arrive quickly and customer service was friendly. Reduced a star because the first time I called I was waiting to get a customer service rep. and whoever was suppose to answer hung up instead. I called back, waited for a available customer service representative and that person did help me.

Everything ok With the delivery and packing just one lipstick have a very bad applicator and the free pouch looks very cheap so I will give it to someone.
