I thought I had finally found a Dior addict color to place my absolute favorite color that you d/c’ed (750 Rock N Roll), but this isn’t as great. Also, the mascara primer sample you send wouldn't open. I tried to twist it open but it wouldn’t budge. Finally pulled it open and just a stick came out-no brush. It was just a dud. Would love another one. And would love Rock N Roll color to come back!!

The gloss I bought is so much more than I expected. The smell is amazing, it’s hydrating, and the color is what I expected. Everything was described the way it said on the site. I’m also blown away with the packaging it came in and the samples that came with the product. I had a welcome code I placed and So happy with the samples. The package was beautifully wrapped in gold and black ribbons! I’m so happy.

The attached tracking number was wrong, so I couldn’t track my package. When I contacted customer service, they sent me an updated email with the correct tracking number. In the email it said delivered and when we went to go check there was nothing there. It was supposed to be a birthday gift and now it’s stolen and there’s no gift.
