Worst customer service ever I lost 135 dollars because I couldn’t change my adress even after I emailed them and told them they said they couldn’t do anything so my ordered went to someone else unbelievable is disgusting I will never be purchasing from Dior again !

Delivery was not on the date promised. UPS changed delivery date twice.

First off, I have to give a huge shoutout to the house of Dior for the excellent speedy delivery for the belated Mother’s Day gift due to my own fault. Nevertheless, to respond a simply ‘thank you’ is a huge understatement. I been a huge fan of Christian Dior since purchasing my first bottle of Sauvage, Dior Homme, Dior Homme Intense. Christian Dior is a very well respected and known house in the industry from their clothing apparel, fragrances, cosmetics so rest assure nobody will be disappointed with any product. Overall, my first ever purchase from the direct website was superb from the start. I have now created my own account and look forward to making more purchases very soon. Regards,
