Love the foundation but it usually comes in a cute gift wrapped box and this time it was just thrown in the box with some big bubble wrap and my samples were scattered everywhere throughout the box also.

I placed an order for the first time at Dior.com and the experience was horrible. I buy all my perfumes at Macy’s and this time I didn’t because I wanted to try Dior.com, I regret it. I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything directly from Dior again. I was so exited opening my box when I saw that I had received the wrong perfume. I contacted them by the next day and I had to send an email and four days have passed and not even , we are working on it. I was reading reviews and they comment the same problems as far as bad customer service . I don’t think is a reliable website . I’ll continue buying at Macy’s.
