Sauvage is my favorite fragrance. Wearing it really lifts my spirits and boosts my confidence! I normally purchase while on my travels. However i have never bought it online from Dior.com. I watched so many unboxing videos seeing even the smallest of items beautifully wrapped. Needless to say I quite excited purchase and to receive the complimentary gift packaging. I figured I’m stuck in the house due to the quarantine, I will give a gift to myself. I told a few friends how excited I was about the over all order and how I had seen it deliver for others. Only to be so let down, sad and disappointed when I opened my box and it was not packaged that way at all. The I had seen in so many videos leading up to my purchase. It was simply the fragrance box rumbling around in the shipping box with air pouches. Major fail and major dissatisfaction. I literally had the first mind to just return it immediately. For that experience could have a just ordered it from amazon and never had that expectation. My Dior dream was killed for me instantly.

I have used your Diorskin undercover concealer for a long time. Since it was discontinued, I called to see what color in your new line would match. The color that was recommended to me did not match at all and on top of that you don't even provide a return label. I will never order from Dior.com again.
