Awesome! She loved it!

I ordered makeup as a gift and nowhere on the website did it tell me I wouldn’t be receiving gift packaging. Even my order confirmation stated gift packaging. My perfume sample spilled all over my makeup boxes and they were smashed in. When I called customer service they were incredibly rude to me and did not wish to rectify the issue.

Shopping was easy & my shipment arrived pretty quickly with no issues. I received exactly what I wanted.

I ordered the jdore gift set for my mom’s 60th birthday. I could not be there in person with her so thought this gift of her favorite fragrance would be appreciated. On 5/8, she received the free gift that came free with purchase. She never received the gift set, however. When I followed up about my order, I received a message that I’d be receiving a refund and that the delivery couldn’t be made due to a technical error. I’m still unsure of what happened but it definitely was a bummer that my mom didn’t get her gift. I know COVID-19 has made things difficult but a communication about the error, information about the error, and an attempt to resend the gift set would have been nice.

I ordered miss dior and it was delayed but that's understandable with the delays and restrictions regarding Covid-19. Only 4 stars because there really could've been better packaging. Product was absolutely worth it besides that and fairly speedy.

I added a coupon for a free gift from Dior but never received it.

I absolutely love Dior!!! Thank you so much for your beautiful fragrances and your customer service. I will continue to shop Dior!!!
