I contacted customer service by both email and phone immediately following the placement of my order. My purchase was made using PayPal. Instead of entering the mailing address, it used the address Associated with my paypal account. My attempts to contact customer service were in order to change the shipping address so that this gift could be sent to the appropriate address. I received no response by email, and the representative by phone informed me that they put in a request to cancel but wouldn’t be able to confirm for 24 hours. The order was never cancelled. The shipment Was sent to the PayPal address. I’m disappointed that customer service was unable to help with cancelling my order or updating the address. I would expect more from Dior for the money paid.
