Quick order processing, fast shipping and free samples. My Wife really liked the perfume.

I have ordered couple times but none of the shipment arrived in Dior Gift Box which described as complimentary box.

Dior’s site said that all gifts would come with complimentary gift wrapping and mine did not. It also stated this was included on my invoice. However, it was all just thrown in a big box with no gift wrapping what so ever, to loosely shift around.

Fantastic scent! It's like the woods and earth. Like a lumberjack on a date. Shipping was lightning fast. Me and my inner wild man are completely satisfied.

I love Dior but I really disappointed about their customer service. I wrote the number of my address wrong so I call in to have them fix it. However the lady who I was talking with give me an attitude and she said she can’t do it. And she said if I want it I have to buy it again. My order was returned to Dior and I never get to have what I want, she didn’t even mention about the refund or anything. I really love Dior and I bought a lot of stuff from Dior but this is the first time I have to call in for customer service. After the call I feel like I would never wanna buy anything from Dior anymore.

I ordered the very hard to find fragrance, Dioressence from Dior.com Within days it arrived. That's all I ask! and got! Alice Jacobs
