I am really disappointed about Dior customer service. I bought a lipstick and used a code to get a gift, the gift was shown when I paid but when I received the exam I didn't have it, I called dior customer service many times but got rejected and didn't like it at Why am I not given a gift? My friend had the same situation as me and my friend called them with an uncomfortable attitude, cursing, and then receiving gifts sent after the order. I just asked gently and wanted to know why I and my friend bought at the same time, the same code but I could not. I feel ashamed when Dior customer service solves such problem. a world-famous brand but working unprofessionally and defrauding customers.

Fast shipping. Excellent product. I will be a return customer.

Everything showed up as promised and on time. I even ordered the wrong size and called them to switch it to a larger size. She couldn’t do that, which was a bit odd but she did cancel the one I didn’t want and I order the correct size and was only charged for what I wanted. So it worked out just fine. Thank you, Brian

Product wasn’t available and I only was not advised got a delivery with only samples that ruined the birthday present to my wife, product wasn’t available and was I just advised when I got in contact asking why the product didn’t arrive. And if was not enough it’s been 1 week and i did not get my money back yet. Terrible experience will never buy or recommend buy from Dior website anymore.

They never helped me when I needed assistance to change shipping details. My purchase ends up returned in the store.
