I am a DIOR ADDICT. The textures and colors are fabulous. I waited all year for you to bring Must-Have 579 Back. Great summer color! That was the quickest delivery I received during the COVID outbreak. THANKS!!

The site was easy to navigate. There was a good selection and plenty of unbiased reviews to aid in the choice of product. The shipping was very fast, and of course the product itself was excellent as always.

Package came completely destroyed and the individual items packaging also came ruined. It was going to be a gift. Also the items came in simplified packaging although gif packaging was selected and offered.

We very much enjoy your products and your stores--particularly the small perfumery in Paris by the gardens. However, this was the first time we had a disappointing experience. We ordered a small gift from your store and asked for two day shipping--to get here for a birthday gift. We were told it would be late and that we would receive some sort of coupon. We did not receive this via email. I really did not have the time to call back a second time. Not sure what else to say, I know your company is better than this performance.
