My order arrive on time and I like the products I order. And of course as usual I received very useful beautiful samples.

Super customer service! The packaging is always beautiful. I feel spoiled when I open my treasures. Only complaint is that I didn't get a small sample or travel bottle of my fragrance as advertised. No worries, I will definitely order again!!

I had run out of the Creme Abricot two months ago. I contacted Dior and received a reply that this item was currently out of stock. Within a matter of days I received another email that it was back in stock. I ordered two immediately. I was offered a choice of two samples picked those and my order arrived yesterday. Not in a mailer envelope-a really nice sturdy gray box and inside it was a really beautiful white box with Dior in gray print. Packed so carefully inside was a gray fabric bag with my samples in them and nestled along the side were my two boxes of nail/cuticle creme. Dior did it right. This package made me feel like I was truly important to them and as if I had ordered some of their really expensive products. All of this during the C-19 strange time we are all going through-Thank-You Dior. If you have not tried this nail/cuticle creme of Dior's please do-it is the only thing that keeps my dry nails/cuticles healthy. Cuticles become soft and nails become shiny and healthy looking. Just the tiniest bit on each nail at night.

My bank account shows that my order 1988311 and 1988279 has been deducted. And I bought them on Dior's official website. But why did I return the package and show that I did not order it when I checked today? I just need someone tell me why and i already received the email from Dior which showed my package is on the way
