Most of website links broken. what’s the point of having a website and signing up if the order history doesn’t even work properly. Claims that the package has shipped but did even give me the tracking number. Haven’t received my package yet

I love Dior as a brand and the products offered, but I have had a lot of problems with Dior website when placing my orders. I have to call customer service every time which is very frustrating. Please fix the issues with your website and make it more user friendly.
