Dior US was ON IT, despite all the COVID 19 delays. I always knew where my package was at any given time and when it would arrive. And of course, Dior is always top quality. Love my purchase!

Always extremely prompt with shipping and the one time they couldn’t they refunded the shipping charge and upgraded it to 2 day to insure it would get there right away

My lipstick and some great (useful and pretty) free samples arrived in an elegant box that I will definitely re-use!

Shower Gel The gel came in on time and in beautiful packaging. It was a gift so I selected the special gift wrap. It smells very similar to the cologne and is a good size for shower gel.

I can't imagine being any happier with the way my order was handled - once I got through the initial problem with placing my order! First I was thrilled to even find my product (Escalé a Portofino eau de toilette) was available again, and of being notified so quickly. Your delivery was quick and the packaging - though not ordered with 'gift packaging' - was actually like getting a real gift to myself, thank you for that. Thanks also for the little free samples enclosed, and being able to choose them myself - a very charming touch. DIOR US is living up to their history of quality, customer service, and beauty even through these difficult times - that makes me happy.
