For some reason completing my purchase online was proving to be difficult but the support team was efficient in resolving the issue. They not only helped me complete my order but got my item to me over night, faster than they even confirmed with me! I'm a happy customer and will definitely be buying directly again!

This was some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I expect that with Covid, your cs would be more accommodating with refunds. My palettes arrived a complete broken mess. I took pictures and sent them along with the box info. The customer service email was also difficult to find. The response I received on the phone and through email was frustrating and confusing. Im high risk for dying from covid which is why I ordered online instead of purchasing in person. You are instead insisting I risk myself by going to the post office. You need to refund me for the mess of the products you sent. Instead, you're sending a return label 2 days later, going to process after receiving the parcel 7 days later, meaning I wont receive my refund for 2 weeks. Ridiculous.

Stunning Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette in 004 Rose Gold!! The shades are absolutely beautiful! My order was shipped quickly and securely. One criticism is that the bottom right shade fell out immediately. I know I’m not the only one that has had this happen. Thankfully it didn’t break. Otherwise, love this!
