Door has the best facial & Perfume products! My face & skin feels like silk! People can’t believe my age! Thank you Dior!

The delivery time and the product were both excellent. However, I am appalled at the amount of packaging used for a single tube of mascara. A simple padded envelope would have been sufficient. To use two boxes, a cloth pouch and at least ten sheets of tissue was wasteful. I understand that the Dior brand has a certain look that they want to maintain, but they should also be known as a company that has changed with the times and use sustainable, earth-friendly packaging.

I never received my order, Ups said was delivered but I don’t get anything. I paid 2nd day delivery because was a birthday gift. So disappointed. Customer service said will reply back in 7 days. Still waiting

All of my palettes came broken or popped out and her. I called about it. The woman was rude and gave me the wring Customer service info, then I could not find out what the email address is. You guy’s packed it but you didn’t put anything down in the box. Dior sent me broken makeup. Pissed and want my money back please.
