Very poor service, I placed an order on 8th Oct after confirmation I didn't get any message again, upon checking I saw the item is being returned and I didn't even get a notification to that effect. I am completely displeased with this level of unprofessionalism

After you spen $100 it they give you a few travel size. I never got the travel size. I originally ordered the $95 bottle then it informed me about breaking the $100 mark. So I figured why not, but I never received it. I called customer service and they advised me to keep trac of my email and they will send me an email regarding the situation. Its been about 5 days now.
