Love Dior's Airflash foundation! The best product hands down and worth every penny!

Although they got back to me quickly, I had to jump through hoops to even get offered a refund, when what I wanted was a replacement. The new highlighter palettes are prone to breaking and mine both arrived damaged, which seems to be a batch problem as product was detached from the pan in the same trays on both palettes, and according to social media this is widespread. For a luxury brand the only correct response to this is a no questions asked replacement in my opinion. I even had to send pictures of proof and I'm still not getting a replacement, just a refund after they receive the product back. And I'm supposed to go stand in line at the post office in the middle of a Covid resurgence, and wait a week and a half with no product and no money. No thanks. This damages customer trust.

I have been using the nail creme for 20 years. I also have used other products for the substitute, but I always come back to this product. It is very effective and satisfied with even for the terrible condition I was in. I count this product and recommend for anyone. I was happy that I got "free shipping" this time.
