Quite shocked at the response I have had from DIIB. I pulled them up over lack of support for pro membership and I also left a mini statement referring to this on Facebook. I’ve now been banned from commenting on Facebook and no one replies to emails. Easily upset I’d say with an attitude of “block em” rather than “fix” Shocking Tread carefully

SEO is so complex that you don't know where to start or focus. Diib makes it an easy step by step process so you know what to do next. I have Semrush subscription as well but I'm using Diib more as it's much more user friendly and clear. I believe in Diib business model so much that I'm hoping it becomes a public company one day and I can invest in it. Looking forward to see Diib answer engine expands its AI engine to other aspects of business management as well.

Be prepared to be a bit overwhelmed if you are new to diib. They bury you in suggestions and basically point out everything that is wrong with your website. If you take the time to dig in it is incredibly useful. I'm definitely sold on diib and have recommended it to numerous people.

They did nothing, originally took 99$ then 29$ per month after that with no work or change done to website.

Not a good company. I signed up for a website speed upgrade, and it offered me a $19 a month subscription with that purchase. Great, or so I thought. I looked in my billing and I was automatically subscribed to the 29 a month regular monthly subscription. When I mentioned it to my "customer service" rep who was assigned to me, she had no clue how that could be done and she'd be happy to cancel it for me. Thanks, figured it out before she did. They also tell you that you will get backlinks worth $500 but the wording was confusing. It was just one backlink. When I emailed about it, again she was very vague. As for my site speed "upgrade" the guy basically installed a plug in for my cache? My website mobile speed is still rated at "poor." He gave zero detail on what he did, but adding a cache is something I could probably do myself. No details on the work or why he did it. Just a vague, "I did some leveraged cache." What??? Also, I tried to set up an indexing appointment but the link didn't work. When I emailed it, the rep just ignored my question. When I asked her again, she was like oh you have to email now, and I'd be happy to cancel your monthly subscription! Gee, they'd like that, right? No more pesky customer expecting them to do what they say and actually fix anything! I intend to a chargeback for the shoddy service they did on my site speed upgrade. I know they will say we never guaranteed a large increase, but it seems like they made zero effort to fix anything and they made zero effort to communicate their reasoning for what they did or why. Very disappointed. Save your money and go to a real company for your website.

I emailed a question when I started my trial, got a canned email response, then another email from the COO with his phone number, stating to call and leave him a message he always returns calls. I have called him 5X over 2 days and never received a call back. Now my trial has expired an never got an answer to a basic question. DO NOT USE IF YOU EXPECT TO HAVE A BACK AND FORTH DISCUSSION WITH ANYONE.
