My experience is far from good unfortunately 🙁 I joined the Pro service 3 months ago and only received content for one month and have not been able to get a response to emails requesting updates or new content. Sounded good on paper and the initial content was well written, but the service is bad. Just cancelled it today as I can't afford $500 a month for nothing to show for it.

Some great... lots of bad...
Some great data points and analysis. But, please, please don't buy the articles or backlinks, the quality is absolutely awful and I haven't used anything provided.
I also think there is a bit of a scam with the 'spam backlinks' as i'm getting emails saying I have some spammy backlinks and need to buy a pro service but the links don't exist.

Not great I'm afraid
Not great I'm afraid. They asked for access to my site to fix some errors, however, after various emails nobody bothered to reply. My opinion is they have to much work and not enough staff to deal with the service they offer.

Waste of money, if you ask me
I am not sure about all the services, but I tried the 500 USD PPC package, to see if they could do better than what I did alone.
I was totally disappointed. It took 2 weeks for my "handler" to set up an add set for Google, and even if I had 0 (zero, nada, nothing) conversions within a month, he tried to convince me that it was all worth it. He even went as far as coming up with false statistics on my account.
Well, not being completely dumb, I recognize a conversion when I see one: that's when I sell something. I am maybe a little naive, but I expect PPC to get results in the short term, that is why it is recommended to do so besides SEO, that works on the long term. If it is useless, why even bother?
Note: my French side of the website works pretty well, with 15,000 visit/month, so I know my products are good as I am actually selling a lot. The PPC was for the new English version of the website, as a test. Now I know.
Did I mention that after notifying my disappointment in a polite manner, and asking what should I do next, George Marie (Diib Inc), stopped communication altogether, leaving me stranded in the dust, 500 USD short, and lesson learned?

Hi Paul,
We're sorry you were disappointed with the performance of the PPC campaign we briefly ran for you. We got 54 people to add a product to your shopping cart but unfortunately none made a purchase. Our last communication to you was last Saturday where we recommended we try and get 100 people to add a product to your cart in hopes some (or even just one) will purchase and we didn't hear back. We would be happy to continue to work with you but given your review we assume you'd rather move on. We're sorry the service didn't meet your expectations.
Regards,
The Diib team

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I had the premium subscription for over a month and I can say website is kind of ok collecting statistics from various tools (only advantage here is to have them in one dashboard) and giving guidelines. However I ordered a package for authority boost and I am now waiting for a month for some articles to be created. I received no updates unless I escalated the matter and even when I set up the call with their expert he showed up very late. We discussed what to do and after that disappeared. For sure will not order any more services from them. I hope I will receive a full refund.

We did the 15 minutes for $15 and it was wonderful, so our company decided to try the $500 a month "Pro Managed Service" for blog content. We registered on 8/20/2021.
On or around 9/13/2021 we received 3 short articles for us to approve, which we did. These articles were never posted to our website though!
On 9/20/2021 (Monday) I asked about the two remaining articles and when the 3 we approved would be posted. I received:
"I apologize - I have not added the articles to the blog yet. I am working on getting those posted this week. I sincerely apologize about the delay. I'm also looking into what happened with the posts, as it looks like the information I got originally for your content may have been incorrect. I am tracking that down now, and if it was, I will be happy to add the missing articles on to this month's order.
The guest posts have been ordered and confirmed, but I am still waiting on the links for those. Again, I apologize about the delay. I will send you the links to these as soon as I have them.
I truly apologize about the delays and any inconvenience this has caused. I am working to rectify all of these issues now."
9-24-2021 (Friday) still nothing has been posted, the two missing blog post are still missing, and now we've been charged another $500 for the next month.
I contacted customer support for a refund at this point because I'm sick of worrying about "professionals" not doing their job in a timely manner.
(how long does it take to post 3 finished and approved blog posts?!)
Diib customer service said: "After reviewing your account, I show the following content has already been ordered and approved. Once an order has been started, we cannot issue a refund."
We have now contacted our credit card company and have disputed both months of charges.
I would strongly advise just using the free tools or just avoiding this company... what a headache. They strike me as having too good of an advertising budget and not enough actual staff to do their job.

In-depth user experience
After 8 months of being on the platform I can provide a review. When I first signed up I was a little overwhelmed with how much new data I saw. As someone with not much SEO experience I almost walked away but working from home during co-vid I had the extra time to give it a chance. I am glad I did. The insights and suggestions are very detailed and based on my website and my data so I don't feel like I am doing things that aren't important. I have learned how to localize my pages, research keywords, and I have slowly watched the pages I have added move up in the Google rankings. Each page (well most) that I have written are now generating leads. I am a bit of an SEO specialist now and I talk to other people like me and always send them towards diib. My advice is to take some time and become a master of your own SEO and rankings. Diib is a giant help. The team is also very helpful and professional when I get stuck or have a question. The new keyword explorer is also a great value for someone like me. I haven't tried their services yet but I have a friend I sent over to diib who was too busy to roll up his sleeves. He's been with them about 4 months now on an SEO plan. He usually hates to spend money on things like SEO but he's told me it is going well, so at least for a contractor it must be a good fit.
