Dear David, We’re truly sorry to hear about the sizing issue and understand how frustrating that must be. After reviewing your order with our factory, we confirmed that the item was made according to the size selected at checkout. If possible, please measure the item you received to compare it with our size chart. This style has been produced based on our standard measurements, and we've rarely received complaints about its sizing. We always recommend checking the size chart carefully or contacting us with any questions before placing an order. That said, we’re more than happy to work with you toward a solution. Please take a look at the private email we sent—we’re here to help however we can. Thank you again for your understanding. Best regards, Dihaga Team
