ordered the wrong version and Lamia exchanged it easy peasy!!

I ordered a key, and it didn't work. I contacted customer support. They picked up the line in less than 30 seconds, and solved the problem in two minutes! Wonderful customer service.

This site is very simplistic and straightforward. It was very easy to purchase the product I was looking for. The only issue that came up was that the billing had been set to a day ahead. Which in truth is my fault for not paying attention. I was able to get into touch with a support agent by the name of Sid. Sid was very quick to respond and helped me receive my product instantly. Overall a very well kept site with lovely employees.

I received a code that had already been used, but my support agent Lamia worked with me to get it resolved quickly and politely via replacement. Didn't have to wait to contact support. Heard this site was legit and Lamia showed me I can echo that sentiment.

I got a replacement key instantly when the first one was already used, Lamia is a real one. I wish other stores had this level of service.

This man Sid came on and absolutely cooked the pristine customer service I needed tonight, thank you Sid 🐐
