I bought a key, it did not work immediately, I had to contact support in order to get a working one. Seems shady to me.

Had an issue with the first key. Lamia was able to get me a replacement that successfully activated in like literally 3 minutes. Would recommend.

Good customer service, the agent helping me was Lamia. I had purchased the wrong key for my version of windows, but I was given the correct activation key and was able to activate windows.

Received a key which was faulty. Started a chat with Lamia and had it sorted in minutes!

Great place to get windows and software keys had an issue with my windows keys and the customer service was expedient in resolving my issue will use for again

Bought the wrong windows key, support immediately helped me getting the right one, they rock!

Quick easy and kind service. I made a mistake purchasing the wrong key. It was swapped out at no cost to me for the proper key.

had purchased a key from another company that didn't work, and they turned out to be unreachable. Imagine that. So....I tried this company, and appear to have mistakenly downloaded win 10 key. They sent me a win 11 key, and stayed with me on chat till we got it right, so my win 11 is now activated. Thanks to Sid at Digital Chillmart.
