I made my order with this service a week ago, which i got my order confirmation - however no order number. it has been a week and i still haven't received shipping advice or responses to my emails asking for information about shipment as well as a facebook message. There is also no phone contact to be able to call. Very poor service.

My friend was delighted with her birthday gift! I would have given a 5 star rating, but there was a long delay with the chocolate being sent and I did pay extra for priority mail. I sent an email to inquire about my order, it was sent out promptly with a refund on the postage. I would order again - great customer service.

I have ordered several items from D**ks By Mail. Sent anonymous Gummy D**ks to people and even bought a shirt and coozies. I have always been pleased with the service. Fast and quick delivery and a great product! There is such a great pleasure coming from sending someone a bag of d**ks who truly deserves them. I sent a bag to a friend to cheer her up after a break up and she loved them. I highly recommend the company and their products. You guys are truly awesome!

I have ordered from here many times before, and I had accidentally ordered the wrong item this last time. I emailed them and was immediately given a response: not only did they fix my error but they did so with no extra charge even tho what I originally paid for was a few dollars less. So awesome!
