Fun funny practical joke for friends. Takes awhile for delivery but worth the wait!

I forgot to include a piece of information in the shipping address s d they were able to change it after I sent an email. Easy and funny. I will be a repeat customer.

Initially I was a bit disappointed because the chocolate penis melted in the mail box at my friends house. They sent me an email asking for feedback and I let them know what had happened. AWESOME customer service! They immediately replied, offered to resend it or send a non perishable and ended up just sending me a gift card! Thanks so much everyone!

Customer service was great! My item showed up melted & they offered to send another item. I did give 4 stars due to packaging reasons. I think these items should come packaged better for what’s being sent so they have a better chance at making it without melting but still turned out as a great gag gift.

Great customer service. The first item I ordered showed up melted but they quickly sent me a new item of my choosing. Highly recommend as their products are great gag gifts. Would purchase from them again and again!
