I haven’t experienced such great customer service in a long time! I misspelled my email address and they were so quick to respond to my multiple emails. They are so kind and understanding, I really appreciated their responses. While it took some time for my order to be mailed, it was due to the busy holiday season (which is completely understandable!), it was eventually delivered and that is what matters. Thank you again to everyone in the company for their hard work. This is definitely a purchase I will not regret!

UPDATE : after a few emails, the company responded and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Rating changed from one star to four. My previous issue was stated below. Again, the company had resolved the issue. It sounds like this is a reoccurring issue. I ordered a chocolate dik and a bag of gummies on the 8th of February. Not only was it not delivered on the 14th, which would have been within the four days their website States, but today, 18th of February, I received only my gummy Dix. There was no chocolate dik deliver to me. My invoice which contained only the gummies even states that there should be a chocolate dik inside. I have tried to contact the website multiple times, but I have yet to receive a response. I sent a tweet to them just now, so I will wait until the end of this week before I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. While this seems like a great idea for a company, not only is their customer service lacking or even non-existent, it seems they have an issue fulfilling orders correctly.

I ordered some dics as a gift and it was so funny ! Also a client ordered me a tshirt as a gag and I wear it all the time ! The bag of dics was the funniest thing ever

UPDATE: After sending an email regarding my package issue and posting this review, the company did respond and resolve my issue and the recipient did receive the Chocolate D*ck. They also followed up to make sure the package was delivered. Original Review: I ordered the Chocolate D*ck + Bag of Gummies Valentine's Day combo. I ordered it on Monday with my intention for it to be delivered by Friday for Valentine's Day since in the FAQ section of their website it literally says it should get to the recipient in 2 - 4 business days if they are within the USA. Three days had gone past without receiving the shipping confirmation, so I emailed their gmail account on Thursday morning and asked what the deal was and I did get a response stating that it was shipped just after my email and I should receive the confirmation. The shipping day was scheduled for the 15th of February, so I was already annoyed it wasn't going to arrive on Valentine's Day. So it gets delivered today, the day after Valentine's Day, and only the bag of gummies shipped. The Chocolate D*ck was A) the main part of the gag gift and B) more expensive. This was a complete rip off and I would like a refund.

I ordered 2 d!cks from this company. I received an email confirmation for one and it was delivered on time. Unfortunately I never received a confirmation email about the other one. My card has already been charged. I've emailed them twice and have yet to hear back. I guess my sister won't be receiving a d!ck for Valentine's Day. UPDATE: A rep. emailed me immediately after I posted this review and provided me with tracking information and a very valid excuse (Valentines Day madness) as to why I hadn't received it in the first place. My sister will now get her d!ck and all is right in the world.

This is such a sub site. I’ve ordered multiple times and always with ease. Packages are definitely sent anonymously and are worth all the laughs. Highly recommend!!

Easy check out process and quick to respond wit concerns

I messed up and ordered the incorrect item and unfortunately it was too late to cancel, however the company responded to my email by sending me a gift card in the full amount for the item i wanted to order as a courtesy. So naturally i used the gift card to send another gag gift to a different friend. Customer service was spot on !
