I wish Mr. Richards would offer a customer appreciation card for me to stamp each time I purchase from the website. I made an error in my last order and notified DBM and they immediately corrected the order even though the original order did ship to my house. No additional charge for the correction used the extra bomb for my neighbor on Christmas, it was a win-win (well loss for the recipients).

My buddy recently deployed with the US Navy overseas... and while away, seems to be a bit homesick. We miss his jocularity, and I'm sure he misses ours. So, I decided to send him the Blossom Box for Valentines Day. Seeing that it takes approximately 2 weeks to ship to forward deployed military personnel through the US Military mail system.... I'm hoping he gets it right on time for the holiday. Here's to him with a delicious chocolate d*ck! Thanks to the folks who work at D*cks By Mail, for ensuring the shipping invoice and mailing address were correct... I will definitely do business again with them. Great customer service! I placed an order & received shipping notification & tracking number right away. I goofed when I put in the address & forgot the suite # so the package was being returned as incomplete address. I emailed d*cks by mail as soon as I saw the error. I received an email within 24 hours along with a new shipping confirmation. The person who emailed me back didn’t ask me to pay additional shipping costs or put the blame on me - they just said “we’ve corrected the address & shipped a replacement for you”. During the holiday season, I was surprised & pleased to get that type of reply. Thank you D*ck Richards!

Ordered on 12/11/2019. My order hasnt even been shipped and I paid for expedited shipping. Wasnt informed of any out of stock issues or shipping issues when ordering. They have my money and i have nothing,wont let this happen again.

Most of our items ship and arrive in just a few business days, but we do offer a few print on demand products that take about 7-10 business days. My order has yet to be shipped. Ordered it on 12/8 priority mail. Received an email they were out of stock, but don’t mention that when you order. What’s the point of priority mail if it’s not delivered within the timeframe? They said they will TRY and see if they can overnight it, but order is still unfulfilled online. Horrible service. I just want my refund, but now they won’t email back since I asked for a refund. I should’ve looked at these reviews before I purchased through them.
