**Terrible communication and unacceptable fulfillment delays** I had to contact the company myself after waiting three weeks with no shipping update or notification that there was a problem with my order. It took several days to receive a response, at which point I was vaguely told that “a particular product” was out of stock. I had ordered multiple items, but they did not identify which item was unavailable, explain when it might be restocked, or provide any actual replacement options. I replied asking which item was affected, what alternatives were available, and why I had not been notified earlier. Nearly a week later, their entire response was: “we are out of the glitter for the card.” There was no greeting, apology, proposed resolution, or answer to my other questions. I have ordered from this company before and experienced shipping issues, but this experience was on another level. The lack of communication and basic customer service was unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend steering clear.

Not even sure how but the package was sent to the wrong address. Tried to get a discount to resend it and the discount they offered me was smaller than a discount they already offered for being a second time customer what great customer service. It was actually sent to me at my address 😆 🤣 😂 oh well

Product came in very satisfied and great customer service, when I placed an order , I ordered the wrong one! Seller was able to switch it for me quick will order again when parties do come around lol thanks buddy !

Package was taped shut which obviously gave it away. Seen previous reviews stating same issue. Never again shopping here
