I had placed an order of eat @$!$ to my ex. I realized I probably shouldn't have done that because he cant take a joke. I emailed dicksbymail n they were so cool and understanding. They cancelled my order with no problems! Im def going to order again but this time I'm sending it to my bestie. She can take a joke! Thank you for being so awesome!!

Love this place! Sent a couple gags to some people. Had to put the brakes on an order, sent an email with a change of address. I was emailed back promptly with awesome customer service! Will order again!

Customer service for this site is insane. I accidently left my phone number on an order (like an idiot) and emailed them to cancel the order before it shipped. I received a response lightning quick and the order was canceled. If that wasn't awesome enough, the staff are very friendly and efficient. They won't waste your time.

I placed an order in early November 2020 for two items. After I paid, I received confirmation of payment and was told I would receive another email when they had readied my order for shipment and shipped it out. That email never came. I followed up to ask about it, and was told that the order must have been lost in the mail (however, there was no indication to me that it had ever been shipped). They asked if I still wanted the items. Since I paid for them already, of course I said that I did. I soon received an email that one of the items had been gathered and was ready for shipment. I have now received that item, while the second and more expensive of the two items on my order (a mug) has still never come, and I've never received the indication that it has even been readied for shipment. I've sent multiple emails now with no response. There doesn't seem to be a customer service phone number either. Very disappointing. Two other earlier orders came through without issue, but I certainly will not be placing any others, and I'll caution anyone from doing the same.

Very pleased with the product. Was excited to find out my package had been sitting in the mailbox 🤦🏼♀️. Guess I should have checked it more often. But very pleased all in all.

This was the best Christmas gift to a friend. He somehow knew it was me even though I never mentioned it at all. They had a peal of laughter over Christmas as their gift. It made a mess. Unfortunately, the friend could not eat the candy. The boyfriend cleaned it up without any questions. The friend, unfortunately, claimed he has high blood pressure and cannot eat the dick candy. They loved it. I reccomend this shop and all the laughable goodies!
