Placed an order for a Secret Santa box on Dec.8th, yet i've received no confirmation email regarding shipment, but i've been billed for the full amount. I've emailed the gmail account listed multiple times now over the past 2 weeks and have yet to receive any response. Just messaged them via facebook...so we'll see if i receive a response that way. I get the pandemic will slow things down, but the lack of customer service is a concern and im wondering if this is just a scam site.

Needed to make a change to the order and they were on the ball. Quick response! Greatly appreciated.

These guys are a class act. If I were to buy another bag of dick$ I would look no further than dick$ by mail. In my excited haste I accidentally sent myself the bag of dick$...as awesome as that would’ve been I wanted them to go to the appropriate recipient! The customer service fixed my flub in no time flat and the bag of dick$ is in transit already! Thanks for everything!!

Ordered on December 1st hoping for a delivery by Christmas for a secret santa gift. Called UPS and they said they have yet to receive this from them. Emailed 3 times and still no response. Would really appreciate a reply and to receive this by Xmas!

Just need customer service help Can’t get in touch over email. Ordered on Nov 30th and after getting in touch with APC (the courier) they said they still haven’t received the package from you guys to ship out! I wanted it to arrive for Christmas which is why I ordered a month before but it seems unlikely now. Please contact me ASAP! Thanks!

I've ordered from this company twice and each time was a great experience, and great product! Both me and the recipient were very happy. There was a little hiccup (not even a big deal) with the first order but their AMAZING customer service MORE than made it right! this will always be the first company I turn to when I need that special prank gift! Absolutely recommend them to anyone who has a sense of humor!

Ordered the Xmas dick for some friends as a gag gift. It was a huge (no pun intended) hit!! It shipped anonymous directly to their house. They loved it and had lots of fun trying to figure out who sent it. Great gift. Can’t wait to send another
