I’ve sent four confetti no va over the years and they’re always met with laughter. Hilarious surprise for anyone receiving them. Customer service, while seldom needed, is excellent!

I had to come back and do another review because I want people to be aware that when you receive an email from Dicksbymail stating that they shipped your product out, please believe them. I work in logistics and had to go back to work to find out that USPS will hold on to your mail if you do not file a complaint. I'm advising anyone who views this review that Dicksbymail is an honest company, and they will try to make things right. USPS is the problem, and you MUST file a complaint through them in order for an investigation to be started so that they ship out your product; otherwise, you will not receive it. As a heads up, USPS will state that "it's the shipper's fault, and that you need to follow up with the shipper." You can follow up with the shipper if you like, but that is not true whatsoever. USPS will say that your shipment status is in pre-shipment and will not update the tracking information if you DO NOT file a complaint against and with USPS specifically. I feel bad because I gave Dicksbymail a hard time before going to work to do my own investigation; USPS is making Dicksbymail look bad and stating that it's their fault when in reality, USPS is the problem! I would recommend Dicksbymail because of their products, and they will truly try to make things right with the customer, especially a hardball like myself.

I've sent a few d*cks in my day. This company is the best to go with. Always on time, always shipped and packaged great. Everyone loves their d*cks. Who doesn't want an anonymous d*ck in their box????

This company was awesome. I ordered a cup and I ordered the wrong one. I honestly think it was my fault. I emailed this company and asked what we could do so I could get the one I wanted and they sent me the one I wanted and let me keep the other one. That's the kindest any company has been to me. So cool!!!
