Brie at Diamond warranty is a pleasure to work with fast and easy Claims adjuster who knows what she is doing !!!

The 1st few times I used my warranty it went smoothly! This time it was a lot of back and forth on the phone between adjuster and repair shop. When it was first called in the man on the phone said every thing that was mentioned will be covered under my warranty. Called back with part numbers and the women said only one item was covered under warranty. So we were going to adjust the claim after seeing exactly what was covered! Now a adjuster has to come to repair shop and take pictures and say if they think it needs repairing! This could take 24 to 48 hours. Very inconvenient to be without car for 2 to 3 days waiting on the ok from diamond warranty!!

Now let me just say I don’t know much about extended warranties. I was always very skeptical of them. I’ve never had one before, and never understood exactly how they worked and what was covered. A friend of mine Aaron Sokirka who works for Diamond Warranty along with Jim Lemongelli, took the time to explain everything to me and I felt more comfortable about them. This helped me make the decision to buy that Camaro I’ve wanted for so long. So I’m driving on 81 and as I try to shift from 4th to 5th gear all I hear is this really bad grinding sound and it won’t let me shift. I call up Jim Limongelli and Aaron Sokirka at Diamond Warranty and they guide me where I need to go to have this looked at. Aaron calls me later to explain what’s going on. He explains to me there’s a problem with the transmission and that there are a couple different ways this can be addressed, but ultimately what it came down to to make sure I don’t have any future problems, is to have a new transmission put in. He proceeded to explain they already ordered a brand new transmission from GM and it would be here in a couple days. All I can say is these guys have been fantastic from the beginning. I’m not even a month into the warranty and here they are having to put a new transmission in my car. The day after I called them to tell them about this, I get a call from Jim following up with me to make sure everything went ok when I talked to the shop and that I got in there ok. As sick as I am about this, I at least feel better knowing that my car is gonna be fixed properly, and that these guys are taking such good care of me and my car.

Ok to deal with. Would have liked to know in advance that they will only cover 100% on Auto Zone parts. My mechanic doesn't use them. Don't think I will go with this company again.

I have been with diamond warranty the last two yrs. the have been there for me every time I had a issue. I would recommend them to anyone.

Thanks to Greg, I was able to get my claim processed so I could finally get my vehicle back. He personally contacted my mechanic since there was an issue getting the two in touch so i could get my claim processed. He even made it a point to call me personally to let me know everything went well.
