Key has been very helpful in the frustrating situation of trying to get my car fixed..... she has been nothing less than understanding, professional, and accomodating.... she attempted to make this as easy and painless as possible for me despite me finding a few bad garages that wanted to scam me.

Everything went very smoothly. We had to wait a few days for the adjuster to get to the dealership to inspect. Now that I know the shop rate maximum that is allowed I may choose a different shop in the future. I will definitely consider Diamond in the future for other vehicles. Thank you J Scott
