I find them to be an overall pretty honest company to deal with. But that's because I had a pretty low bar for an auto warranty company. My only repair so far is pretty mixed. They tell my mechanic they can find a caliper for my Infiniti sports coupe for $77??? I got this warranty because I love this car and would rather keep it on the road as long as possible (as opposed to getting a new lame car) so I don't want to put the most inferior parts possible in it. But my mechanic couldn't find a part all that close to that price, so I still had to lay out some money. Like I said, I had a pretty low bar for my first exposure to this industry. It seemed too good to be true initially so this kind of clarifies things for me. But I'd be giving them rave reviews for what probably amounted to saving them $100 (less than one months payment); I can't imagine that makes sense as a business model. I'm on the fence about whether or not I plan to continue with them.
