Diamond's Direct is a wonderful, comfortable environment in which to shop for beautiful things! You're dazzled by the jewelry - the selection and the quality. The displays and lighting are all gorgeous! One of the biggest differences between Diamonds Direct and other jewelry stores is their staff. They really are exceptional - friendly, smart, kind and patient. In particular, Bo Cochran, a diamond expert, is extremely knowledgeable and goes above-and-beyond in customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else for jewelry and I have referred Bo and Diamonds Direct to many of my friends and family. I trust Bo's opinion and judgement and he has always shown an unwavering character. Two years ago, Bo helped my husband and me select/design our wedding bands and, since then, many other meaningful pieces on special occasions. And he just recently helped me design a very special piece for my husband's 60th birthday! I won't go anywhere else for jewelry and I highly recommend Diamonds Direct, and especially Bo Cochran!

I have visited the San Antonio location several times over the past 5-7 years for an array of gifts. My wife and I even purchased our wedding bands from this location - which still look amazing 5 years later. My wife and I are celebrating our 5-year wedding anniversary, and I decided that I wanted to upgrade her engagement ring. I had a beautiful 2.74ct diamond but wanted to find the right setting to place it. I worked with Yaniv (General Manager) at our San Antonio location to create a custom setting for the ring. He was wonderful to work with. He gave me a range of quotes that were very reasonable. When I came in to meet with him, he had preselected several examples and walked me through the design process. I picked up the completed ring a week later and it was perfect. My wife was overjoyed with how beautiful the ring is. Barak and Rachel - I want to bring to your attention a sales associate by the name of Cindy P. She went out of her way to make sure I had a beautiful diamond cross for Mothers Day. She was helpful, kind, honest and followed through on every detail. She even gave me access to her cell phone number so I could call her should any surprises arise.
