The orders I placed appear to have been delivered in the cargo, but the order was not delivered to me. They said they would send me the same product again. I will edit the star and review again when I receive the product.

All complaints about delivery times, you do know they are sent from China hence why its so cheap, for the sake of 10-20 pounds for a lovely engraved piece of jewelry why would u even moan, cost me 7.99 for 3 beads engraved with 2 sons and partners names and I'm happy to wait a month for the price, no one is ever happy If ur buying for a present check wetenots coming from before assuming you will just get next day delivery then moan iys not arrived in time, you've known about this birthday since last year so should of ordered sooner haha

product was great however took over three weeks to deliver to me, which is disappointing as was a birthday present. also emailed them regarding a previous item i had which had gone rusty and wanted to just get another leaf and circle, however no response regarding this.
