Ordered on 30/6 , arrived finally in 18/7, after emailing a few times with no reply at all . Disappointed , not silver colour as per photo more like a pewter colour the chain , the heart was bit better . Should have been advised that 5 rings look silly on the heart as one stuck the top. If not smaller circles should be used for names when more than 4 needed or asked for . The engraving is on them but very hard to see as well . The heart isn’t joined at the top wither ? . Looks very cheap really I think , wouldn’t order again . Not very happy with purchase at all .

I have only received half of my order! I ordered two items, and received one of them, fairly promptly. What I have received, I am really pleased with. However, I can't seem to get them let me know where the other item is. I have entered my order number on the tracking and it doesn't give any information.

Placed the order almost a month ago and never got any updates When i contacted them they apologized that they Didn't receive my order because of unsuccessful payment While the payment was made with no issues and already showing in my bank statement which i sent them But never got any response from them Not sure if its fraud or they have the worst service ever. UPDATE/ After this review the customer service reached out to me professionally and solved the issue I received the item its as expected and i love it really good quality I wish they work on improving their customer service otherwise it's deserves more than 3 stars.

Although the product I ordered was beautiful, the delivery and communication side of things let it down. My tracking number didn’t work, so couldn’t track my order, there was no updates on my order unless I contacted customer service. From order to delivery was nearly a month.

The orders I placed appear to have been delivered in the cargo, but the order was not delivered to me. They said they would send me the same product again. I will edit the star and review again when I receive the product.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter for Christmas which didn't arrive in time. After many emails with customer services it was eventually agreed to issue a full refund. This has eventually arrived in my bank today, a lot longer than I thought it would take but thank you to Customer services for their help in this matter.
