Little disappointed with this necklace. Whilst it looks lovely and solid, the engraving on the beads is very poor and you have to look with a magnifying glass to see the names! Pointless really, so I won’t be repurchasing any items from here again

Thank you for your kind review! We're thrilled you find the necklace lovely and worth the wait. As each piece is handmade with care, it can take a bit longer to create and deliver, but we're delighted you're satisfied with the result. We appreciate your patience and are glad you're enjoying your Diamofy necklace!

Lovely product. Delivery took longer than expected. But a gift that was really well liked and appreciated.

Though it is mentioned on your website that it may take 4-19 days for shipping. I became a little anxious after 16 days I still haven't received the product so I sent an email to query about my order. It took customer service 8 days to respond, I feel like this is too long so I guess it could be better and prompt. In regards to shipping period just my suggestion maybe you can specify how long for example for Asia is between such days, Europe, US so on and so forth. I ordered online from New Zealand so it took 16 days, my experience is actually not too bad at all.😊

Necklace is great. People have commented on the uniqueness of it. I had a fault on mine which they fixed without any issues. Very grateful for that. Due to their customer service i will be ordering this for gifts.
