DHL to złodzieje!!! Oszuści nie dostarczyli mi przesyłki i wpisali że dostarczyli. Kiedy pytam o wyjaśnienie tej sprawy, nikt nie odpowiada.

My package shipped on 10-19-19 it is now 11-07-19 it has Not arrived but yet the company that I ordered it from said that it’s been delivered because that’s what they’ve been told and no it was not delivered and stolen off my porch and I’m absolutely positive of that. I’ve tried tracking the package but can’t ,the tracking number won’t show up on DHL’s tracking system even though I have the tracking number this is the worst shipping company that I have ever dealt with and I never want another item if DHL is the only way to ship it , I wish I could give it minus 5 stars.

Honestly, customer service it's very rude. I just called to ask if my package could be delivered to a new address and they replied rudely and aggressive. Also, they said I made a change to the system when I didn't even request it. Its been a terrible experience with them. I hope I get my package and they don't do anything unethical and lose it or send it back .

I ordered some items through another company and they used DHL to ship them I NEVER GOT MY ITEMS! I tried several times to contact DHL, and all I ever got was an automated email reply that you cannot use to contact a real person. If I had known the company I was ordering from was using DHL for shipping, I NEVER would have ordered from them. I have never had a good experience with DHL and I stopped using them to ship things YEARS AGO. They are the absolute worst shipping company to use and judging from the other reviews I see on this website, a lot of other people agree with me.

I had to give them a star in order to write this review-other than the ZERO STARS-I bet my experience tiops it all-the DHL Courier delivered my package one day & returned the following day and took my package back. Funny thing it’s like customer service is as shocked about it as I am. No one can tell me why the courier came back and took my package they cannot tell me where my package is they can’t even tell me if they plan on re-delivering my package. I will never ever ever do business with DHL ever again

For the second time in two weeks my package seems to have been lost in shipping through DHL! Im not sure if they have an employee theft problem or the company is just really careless about packages in their possession. Personally I will never ship another item with this company

The slowest worst delivery service EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s taken 6 days for my package to travel only 250 miles and I still don’t have it!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! My package was supposed to be transferred to USPS on Thursday, Oct. 10 and delivered Oct. 12 but tracking hasn’t moved since Oct. 10 and it is now Monday, Oct. 14. STILL NO MOVEMENT! My package is lost somewhere in Illinois and who knows when I’ll get it. Every time I email customer service they tell me I emailed the wrong section and I need to email this person. Literally no one wants to help. As I stated, TERRIBLE!!!!!!
