gratis batt nooit ontvangen vier maand na datum zijn we nu. Actie is verlopen meneer op 15 januari, bedankt Toolstation Genk voor de info die ik niet heb gehad alles netjes geregisseerd bij Dewalt na aankoop. Nu blijkt dat ik de "gratis" batt ter waarde van 81,86 euro geen recht op heb. Goed bezig heren.

I'm a DIY and bought a DeWalt dws780 mitre saw 9 months ago. I use it sporadically, and love the performance and the cut line feature. However, the cut line feature stopped working last week. My issue is with the DeWalt warranty service. Beyond atrocious. I live in Calgary, Canada, so called the 1-800 number which I think routes calls to the US. They had no clue where any city in Canada is located. Calgary has over a million people, Home Depots and Lowe's and other power tool stores all over the place. DeWalt is a very popular brand but DeWalt has no factory service here. They suggested I call their nearest factory service, in Edmonton, which is 200 miles away. They did not know if there were any authorized DeWalt service centres in Calgary. I called Edmonton. They offered to give me a shipping label to ship the saw to Edmonton. Once it arrived they thought 4-6 weeks to repair, and then they would ship it back to me. You have to question DeWalt's sanity in offering to ship a 68 pound mitre saw 200 miles and back to fix a light. I didn't want to be without the saw for the 6+ weeks it would take on it's round trip journey, so I quickly sleuthed the there were two authorized service shops is Calgary. The news was slightly better. I could drop the saw off, which I am happy to do, and it would be 4-6 weeks at one shop, or 3-4 weeks at the other. I dropped it off at the latter shop, and suppose I should be happy that I'll be without the saw for only 3-4 weeks. If I was a contractor dependent on my expensive mitre saw for a month, I'd be livid. As a DIY, I'm only p*ssed.

Habe mich entschieden DeWalt-Geräte zu kaufen, da mir laut Aktion ein zusätzlicher Akku versprochen wurde. Das ganze ist über 5 Wochen her und ich habe bis heute keinen Akku erhalten. Der Kundenservice schickt immer nur die gleiche Antwort, dass der Akku angeblich auf dem Weg sei, schicken aber keine Sendungsnummer. Die Geräte habe ich mittlerweile benutzt und kann sie daher nicht zurückschicken. Zudem sind die 14 Tage frist auch bereits abgelaufen. Nie wieder DeWalt.

Slechte service aankoop oktober 2023 ivm gratis accu. Had aparten aangeschaft en meerdere malen contact gezocht binnen de periode en elke keer doorverstuurd kan lang duren . Nu weer gebeld sorry actie verlopen en u bent niet aangemeld wil ale mijn aparaten tetug inleveren geen goede service

Nach Kauf von 2 Akku Geräten im Zusammenhang mit einer Akku Gratis Aktion wartete ich zunächst vergeblich auf das versprochene Akku, da mir ein Fehler in der Hausnummer passiert war. Das DeWalt Aktionsteam konnte mir zwar keine Transaktionsnummer der Sendung mitteilen, teilte mir jedoch mit, dass bei Retoure eine neue Teilnahme möglich sei. Nach Hoffen und Bangen heute die Bestätigung erhalten: das Akku ist unterwegs! Habe jetzt eine Astsäge und eine Astschere mit einem kleinen 2 Ampere Akku und bald auch einen 2. Akku mit 5 Ampere dazu ! Grundsätzlich haben wir zunächst die Astschere ausprobiert und sind damit sehr zufrieden! Die Astsäge wird dann mit dem stärkeren Akku ihre Leistung unter Beweis stellen müssen!

Wish I could give 0 star. Wouldn't own another Dewalt product. Customer service is non-existant. Bought new 20 volt Impact driver. Wasn't working properly. Only impacted 3 times per trigger pull which anyone who works with this tool knows is not proper operation. Sent in for warranty repair and it was returned still working incorrectly, in other words without being repaired. Still trying to get warranty repair but can't get any help. Recommend finding a different company for your tool needs.

Finger weg ,won firma Dewalt, Werkzeuge sind gut solange die auch funktionieren, aber wenn was kaputt in die Garantie geht ,die haben 0 suport , Wartezeit über eine Monat und meine schlagschrauber immer noch nicht da , suport sitz irgendwo im Ausland und beim jede frage kommt immer das selbe antwort , bitte haben sie etwas Geduld! Seit 1 Monat immer Geduld. Dewalt weigert sich ersatzwerzeug zuzuschicken, obwohl die nicht wissen wann meine teil repariert wird oder wann Ersatzteile kommen wird. Finger weg .
