I got to say that my experience with Dewalt was Great the person I communicated with though email went far and beyond in treating me like a person U see I had a torque wrench that was basically brand new, I had always kept it in a clean building but for some reason it stopped clicking when setting the torque, well really because of the warranty just running out because of owning it a little over a year. all I could hope for was that maybe they made a rebuilt kit for it. but they did not, but this person Andres went far and above to help me in making sure that I was treated with respect and courtesy, he is sending me a one time courtesy gift of a replacement torque wrench, and I did not mention this to Andres but I am big fan of DeWalt tools always have been I could name and name things I own that are DeWalt but to many to name. I will continue to buy tools from DeWalt

Bought a kit with a hammer drill and a driver batteries last a very long time and tools are very powerful compared to craftsman I used to have before

I have owned dewalt tools for many years. I used them regularly when I lived in America with no issues. I now live in Thailand and I have purchased many many dewalt tools. They all perform excellently. When I had an issue with a problem with a 9amp flex battery, went back to Global house, (the store i purchased it from.) Within a week it was replaced. So I have no idea why folks are having issues. I do wish that the 18v weed Wacker was steel blade interchangeable. Im saving up for more tools, like that big blower 👍 Live and die dewalt!

Great tools if you take care of them and not throw them around

I bought a new Dewalt drill. That's something in the forward and reverse switch was bad. I sent that back to them on Friday And they sent me a brand new one that was on my porch on Wednesday, I just can't thank the company enough. Not every company out there will stand behind their product as Dewalt did. A+A+

Personalmente mi sono trovato molto bene con il kit di inserti DeWalt che uso regolarmente da un anno, fatti bene, anche il mini cricchettino molto resistente paragonato alle dimensioni non me lo sarei aspettato. Lo possiedo già da diversi anni e devo dire che la qualità si vede tutta, resistente, affidabile. Ormai lo uso regolarmente.
