Second time staying here this summer and this has continued to be a great choice. Cannot beat the central location. Very clean and coffee machine a nice touch. Cannot beat the value at this price.

Only good it was clean. Air did not work had to get up several times at night to take cold shower just to get a little sleep I talk to two other guests next morning they said their air conditioning was terrible . There is no ice machine no drinks or bottle water . It’s an old house their fancy name is a joke .would avoid at all cost .

Thank you for choosing us to host your stay on the Island. We are a recently rebuilt 20th century facility with original single pane windows per regulation, as well as little insulation. Our air conditioning functions as designed, yet is occasionally challenged in extreme heat. We continually work towards increased comfort.

Nice little house. Room is smaller than it appear when we looked on internet but it was nice. Room was clean except under the bed where it was super gross.

The place was extremely nice, clean, quiet in a really good location. The management service was VERY professional and helpful when we had a couple of questions. The coffee station was modern, clean and looked extremely inviting, though we didn't use it. The room was a nice size. The only MINOR issues were that the bed was VERY soft (we prefer a firmer mattress) and the wooden frame around the bed stuck out a bit which made it a stubbing and tripping hazard (especially in the dark). The Air conditioner didn't cool the room sufficiently for my girlfriend and it took us a while to figure out that the power for the ceiling fan was at the door. Also minor, the toilet continued to flow after flushed, and required a little extra push on the button to stop it. A paved walkway would have been nice, but NOT a showstopper.

The room is small. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in it. The face sink could have been bigger. It would have been nice to have facial tissue in it. The smell of the property was not great at all, but supposedly it is what you get when you are in a great location of Galveston Island where the cruise terminals are…

Greetings, we're always happy for your comments! Domum is a minimum space/lightly furnished boutique. Our joy is to provide a lot of luxury in a small package! The rooms are modeled after European dimensions - for larger accommodation we recommend our Deluxe options.
