Sue Allen Destination Wedding: 11/10 Sue Allen, was easy to communicate with, professional, and responsive. She efficiently handled complicated requests for me and my 106 wedding guests without any issues. Sue went above and beyond, working outside regular hours, ensuring everyone had a smooth check-in, transportation, and check-out experience. Unlike some other reviews of other travel agents on this page, Sue Allen at Destination Weddings delivered flawlessly, and we encountered zero issues. We secured a beautiful governor's suite, our promos helped a lot, and I highly recommend her; she is amazing to work with, and I'm grateful to have had her assistance.

Everything is very good

The wedding venue was probably the most beautiful venue I have ever seen in my life. My sons wedding was Gorgeous and memorable.

Cathy Byrnes was our destination wedding travel agent and we are so grateful for her. She made everything so simple for us and our guests. Even when she's on vacation, she tries her best to answer all our inquiries. She was super accommodating to all of our needs and if I were to do this again (for a vow renewal this time lol), I will pick her over and over again! Cathy, our group is so thankful for all your help. Your company is very blessed to have hired such an amazing person. You made our experience so personable and even when our family went through extremely tough times, you extended your helping hands! Highly recommended Cathy Byrnes. She is truly incredible and genuinely loved every bit of my interactions with her! Our wedding was so amazing it made me feel like it was too good to be true, but it really was real. Thank you forever, Cathy!

Melissa was excellent from start to finish!! Very knowledgeable and very helpful with any question we had . She was great at returning any txt or phone calls .

Lina was amazing. From the moment she made contact with us, she made us feel comfortable. She was VERY patient and knowledgeable in her job. We had no idea what to expect of this all. All we knew is that we wanted a wedding in Mexico. Lina took care of the rest and made sure everything was planned with ease. She was very responsive, even to all the guests emails with many questions. Thank you Lina for making our day magical. 10.13.23 Sandos Playacar Riviera Maya, México

Destination Weddings was the absolute best choice for us! They provided an amazing deal and helped us save tons of $$$. Mary Ann Santana was our booking agent and was a great help to make our dream wedding a reality! When booking many guests, just be prepared to deal with complications due to guest changes etc, - (they come with the territory). While the wait time was sometimes nerve-racking on responses from our agent, we were understanding that booking agents have many other wedding plans that they have to attend to simultaneously. Other than that, I would still say it was well worth it and we got what we wanted in the end! I would do it all over again if asked and we are so grateful to Mary Ann for guiding us through a stressful wedding season with poise and ease. Highly Recommended!

We used DestinationWeddings.com for our dream wedding at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana. We would not have gotten through it without Mary Ann Santana. In the midst of having an unexpected death in her family, as well as a sick relative AT THE SAME TIME, she continued to be available for us and meet all of our needs and our guests needs as well. Mary Ann went above and beyond consistently reaching out to the hotel for us for any questions, upgrades, and special requests we had. We always heard back from her within the same week, and she always called with any news and overviews for us. Even after the wedding she reached out to make sure everything was good and asked if we needed any assistance with anything further. She truly was the best we could have asked for. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who is looking to use this site. She truly cares about her couples and their families. It is more than just a job to her, she is genuine and very attentive. Thank you again to destination weddings and Mary Ann Santana! We are beyond grateful!
