Very clear and precise instruction. 2 issues. Could not easily change the number of passengers from 1 to 3. Had trouble validating my credit card information. Both steps took 3 tries to save my preferences.

UPDATE: First time using this service. I found a good rate and selected the itinerary. When it was actually booked, they booked me on a different flight landing 12 hours later. I checked with the airline KLM and the flight I wanted was still available so I booked it at my own cost. Destina admitted the mistake and went to great lengths to accommodate alternative travel, free hotel options, and finally a refund for the flight I had to buy out of pocket. They also offered advice about canceling flights when necessary. This agency has proven they care about the traveler and I highly recommend them and will use them again. Thanks to all at Destina for getting this right.
