Until recently, Destina Holidays was unknown to me. When searching for a cheap ticket for 5 people to Miami, I received a message from Desina Holiday. Very quickly, from the Netherlands, through constant email contact, we received the tickets. Betty, thank you very much for your service. You were customer-friendly and focused on our wishes. Especially the quick email exchanges.

LA PIRE EXPÉRIENCE D'ACHAT QUE J'AI EU ET JE SUIS UN VOYAGEUR AVERTI! J'AI ACHETÉ UN BILLET AVEC EUX LE 03 NOVEMBRE 2024 POUR ME FAIRE DIRE LE LENDEMAIN QUE LE PRIX AVAIT AUGMENTÉ ET QUE J'AI LE CHOIX D'ACCEPTER L'AUGMENTATION OU D'ANNULER MON VOYAGE. CROYEZ MOI QUE J'AI EU UNE HAUSSE DE TENSION LA MEME MINUTE ALORS QUE J'AVAIS DÉJA PLANIFIÉ MES VACANCES. JE NE RECOMMANDE À PERSONNE !! YOU ARE BETTER TO NEVER DEAL WITH THEM. IM USE TO TRAVEL, BUT THE EXPERIENCE TO BUY A TICKET TODAY AND TO BE CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SAY THAT THE PRICE INCREASED AND YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE TO BUY IT OR LEAVE... IT 'S NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT A SCAM!!!!! I DO NEVER DEAL WITH THEM!!!!!

Dear customer, we appreciate your feedback. We received the booking at 9PM EST and within the next 3 hours (after 12 midnight) the fare was increase by $100/- We work on very thin margins and cannot afford such loss. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to help you in future. Customer Support.

I had to call three times to resolve my issues, and while each customer service representative I spoke with was doing their job, they didn’t seem particularly friendly or enthusiastic. I don’t mean to flatter, but I expected a warmer experience.

A little hiccup with payment processing but everything was fixed relatively easily and quickly. Had to end up using Zelle to send my payment, but nearly immediately got my order confirmation once it was sent!

Le seul contre, c'est que si vous proposez votre service au Canada, il vous faut du personnel qui parle français.
