I’ve had a very positive experience with Desky overall. I ordered a Dual Mini with the Wheat frame while it was listed for pre-order and was very happy that it became available as expected and arrived in Vancouver from Ottawa in about 5 business days. The desk itself is excellent: sturdy, attractive, fast to adjust, and thoughtfully designed for a small space. I especially love the Natural Walnut and Wheat combination. My experience with customer support has been mixed but ultimately positive. One earlier inquiry wasn’t answered very effectively, but a later question was handled very knowledgeably by Julie, which I really appreciated. My main disappointment is that Desky’s matching monitor stand is wider than the 40" Mini. A desk this compact would benefit from vertical storage more than almost any other size, so I’d love to see a properly fitting riser designed specifically for the Mini. I’d also prefer more relevant post-purchase marketing, since I continue to receive promotions for the exact desk I just bought. Overall though, I’m very happy with the product, ordering process and delivery. If I ever need another sit-stand desk, Desky would be my first choice. I haven’t found another company offering this level of customization together with such solid construction and attention to detail.

Overall the desk is fairly good quality, probably a little hyped up. Not the greatest customer service.

Have 2 desk set ups with desk and absolutely love them! Including the recent purchase of a desk divider. Their products are great quality, delivered fast and easy to put together. Would highly recommend.

Bought a foot rest from Desky and found the best foot rest I’ve ever used If you look for a foot rest go to Desky. Very recommended Don’t search for anywhere again, this is it!

I had a few questions about the Vanguard gaming chair, and Lachlan answered them quickly, and even sent me some pictures of one he had in the showroom so I could see what he was talking about. Truly a great customer service experience!

I love my Desky desk, the quality is next to none and the long warranty provides me with piece of mind. Definitely worth the extra money in my opinion.

Packaging is exceptional. Shipping is insanely fast. We bought the dual mini desk with the mini cable and power tray as well as wheels for it. The desk is stable and looks high quality. I love that desky offers customizations. The holes were already there for the add-ons that we purchased, making installation simple. It allowed us to buy the desk that we needed, not a cheaper desk that we weren’t completely happy with. It’s a long term purchase and I’m glad we went with desky so far. The electrical box allows us to only plug one plug in as we store the desk when not in use. The wheels are smooth and secure when locked. The stand to sit function is seamless. There is little to know shaking when typing and I type hard. We have had it for a month and just made our second purchase with desky.
