Anyone looking for a support system should be purchasing this product. Desku is a great solution and their support team is responsive. Live Chat and helpdesk features are available on Desku.io. The software also comes with a powerful knowledge base that allows you to add value to your customer service experience. It integrates seamlessly with Zapier, Pabbly Connect, and webhooks. As they continue to improve their interface and expand their toolset, they will be able to offer more services to more customers.

Desku is a really great platform to handle all of your support. By support I mean a support ticketing system, knowledge base, shared inbox and chat support. Where I previously needed multiple platforms to handle all of these, Desku has all these features within one platform. They even have more plugins like Webhooks, Pabbly, Zapier, Woocommerce, Shopify, Ticksy Google analytics and more... Also important to mention is that their support is really friendly and responsive as you may expect from a support related product :). I've had a few issues where I bumped into, and support responded with an answer quickly and solved both issues. I definitely recommend this platform.

Very easy to use. This helpdesk is a no brainer. Setup in a minute and ready to go. Once they add more native integration they could be a really good competitor of more matured tools...I believe the team goes the good pathway...

am speechless, and that is hard to come by! I looked at DeskU with a little disdain, having been a support person myself for many years and having worked with several, well established and strong HelpDesk solutions I could not believe that the "new kid on the block" could deliver, not only by seeing what can be done already but hearing from the developer himself where this tool is going leaves me extremely satisfied, now I have to be honest and admit that I will work a use case around this SaaS because I had no plans to offer this but I am thrilled now to start planning on the implementation and deployment. I am always looking at opportunities to promote great services in the Hispanic community, with which I predominantly conduct businesses and work side by side, and this will not be the exception! I wish to have the scalability to offer it along with the e-commerce solution I am working on implementing and already have dreamed about how to take advantage of this with our LMS platform. I have great hopes for this tool and while it might not yet take all the apples it sure is building up its way to become a ONE OF A KIND system.
